1. No Return Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our services, we do not accept returns on any services provided. Once the photography or videography services have been rendered, all sales are final.
2. Non-Refundable Deposit

3. Cancellation Policy

At Wedding Diary, we strive to provide high-quality deliverables. If you are dissatisfied with the final product (e.g., photos or videos), please contact us within 14 days of receiving your final deliverables. We will review your concerns and may offer a re-edit or correction at our discretion; however, no monetary refunds will be provided.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing.
